INTO THE WILD ESSAY |
ROMEO AND JULIET ESSAY |
|
|
During my sophomore year at Lake Shore high school my English class was required to read Into The Wild by John krakauer. The book was extremely confusing, I had to read many parts over and over again to understand what was going on but it was actually a pretty great book. I chose to write about the main characters freedom. we didn't have much time to write the essay but I tried my best and in the end it all worked out and I got an A on it.

In 9th grade my English class was required to read Romeo and Juliet. Going into my first year at lake shore I had heard horror stories about the required books that we had to read and almost all of my older friends had told me that Romeo and Juliet was one of the worst books out there. Needless to say, when my teacher finally assigned it to us I was not excited, but it ended up being one of my favorite reads in high school. When we finished, we had to write another essay about it and It was just one of my favorite essays. I put a lot of time and effort into this essay and ended up getting an A on it.

TEEN AND YOUNG ADULT SEMINAR |
WORDS TO LIVE BY |
One of my first projects in my Personal Finance class was to make a flyer for a seminar to inform teens and young adults about jobs. It was probably one the easiest projects ever assigned to me but I loved it. It gave me the chance to become more familiar with the Microsoft Office software and I got to play around with the different fonts and picture/ word placements.
